At EppsteinFOILS, we operate state-of-the-art rolling mills that enable us to produce foils with minimum thicknesses of just 0.005 mm - with exceptional precision and process reliability.

With finely tuned rolling parameters, precisely regulated forces and thermally stable conditions, we achieve ultra-tight tolerances, consistent flatness and specifically defined mechanical and physical properties - all tailored to the foil's intended application.
